With ITOC monitoring, you can have simple level intervention and advanced intervention capabilities.

  • Level 0: Infrastructures are only monitored 24/7 and escalation chain is followed and notifications are made.
  • Level 1: Infrastructures are monitored 24/7 and specific interventions are made to fix the problem. Then, escalation chain is followed and notifications are made.
  • Level 2-3: Infrastructures are monitored 24/7 and specific interventions are made to fix the problem, if not fixed, escalation is made to the engineering department and the problem is fixed and reported to the customer IT teams.
